CNGR, Al Mada to form JV for battery material projects in Morocco
Shenzhen-listed CNGR New Materials said its board of directors have approved the proposal of establishing a joint venture with Morocco’s Al Mada, one of the largest private investment funds operating on the pan-African scene.
