Congressional report blasts company behind Pebble copper project
A US congressional committee has released a scathing report accusing the companies behind the stalled Pebble copper mine in Alaska of deception, Kallanish reports.
The committee has also sent evidence of false statements being made to Congress by a former company official to the US Attorney General’s office for action. The report was released by House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment.
