COPPER: Chile's April production remains weak
Chile saw its copper output fall both on-month and on-year in April. Volumes also remained weak on a cumulative basis during the first four months, Kallanish notes.
The latest data by the Chilean national copper commission’s Cochilco shows that copper output reached 420,000 tonnes in April. This volume was 8.2% down over March and 8.9% less on-year.
