Metso bags major contract for Chilean copper concentrator equipment
Finnish industrial machinery company Metso said Tuesday it has bagged a major order for concentrator plant equipment for a Chilean copper project, Kallanish notes.
The roughly €55 million ($59.3m) contract is booked in the Metso’s Minerals segment’s first-quarter 2024 orders received. The equipment delivery scope includes crushers, regrinding mills and flotation cells, though the company has not said when delivery is expected for.
