COPPER: West Mining to begin exploration programme at Blue Cove project
West Mining Corp says it has received the needed regulatory approval to begin the first exploration programme at its Blue Cove copper project in Newfoundland, Kallanish reports.
The programme will consist of geological mapping, prospecting, grid establishment, soil geochemistry ground magnetometer and induced polarisation/resistivity surveying, the British Columbia-based company says. Weather permitting, the team will mobilise to the site at the end of this week.
