Crimson Storage begins operations in Southern California
Subsidiaries of Canadian Solar and Axium Infrastructure say they have begun operations at the Crimson Storage, a large-scale battery storage system in southern California, Kallanish reports.
The 350-megawatt battery storage system will provide 1,400 megawatt-hours of electricity at full capacity and boost energy reliability in California. The project is located on federal lands in Riverside County managed by the Bureau of Land Management.
