Currie Rose Resources says it has signed a share exchange agreement to acquire Kotai Energy and its hydrogen project in Western Australia, Kallanish reports.
The Ontario-based battery metals explorer will acquire WA Hydrogen Pty Ltd (Kotai Energy) in exchange for 50 million common shares of the company at CAD 0.05 ($0.036) per share and a 5% royalty on future production.
