Edison includes H2 in future Italian power plant
Edison in Italy is joining forces with Eni and Ansaldo Energia to develop a feasibility study for either green or blue hydrogen production at its new power plant at Porto Marghera, in Venice, one of the main Italian hubs for industrial trade.
The thermoelectric plant is being built at Marghera Levante with a capacity of 780 megawatts. It is scheduled to become operative in the second half of 2022.
