Element Resources secures permission for US green H2 plant
California’s City of Lancaster has approved the planning of Element Resources’ 400-megawatt green hydrogen production plant.
To be divided into two sites of 442 acres and 896 acres, the Lancaster Clean Energy Center (LCEC) will host 650 megawatts of ground-based solar arrays to power the facility.
