Everfuel, Hy24 set up green hydrogen JV focused on northern Europe
Everfuel has officially established a joint venture with France-based Hy24, paving the way for a planned €200 million ($210m) investment into green hydrogen infrastructure in the Nordics.
The firms first announced the joint venture plan in February 2023. The new company is 51% owned by Everfuel and 49% by Hy24-managed Clean Hydrogen Infrastructure Fund, Kallanish notes.
