Hudbay Minerals to begin exploring Peru satellite copper properties
Hudbay Minerals says the Uchucarcco community in Peru has approved an exploration agreement near the company’s Constancia copper mine, Kallanish reports.
The Maria Reyna and Caballito satellite properties consist of a large contiguous block of mineral rights held by Hudbay and have the potential to host mineral deposits within trucking distance of the Constancia processing facilities in southern Peru, the Ontario-based company says.
