Hudbay Minerals to acquire Rockcliff Metals, boost Snow Lake holdings
Hudbay Minerals and Rockcliff Metals have signed a definitive agreement under which Hudbay will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding stock in Rockcliff, Kallanish reports.
The deal will bolster Hudbay’s position at the Snow Lake Camp with its copper-zinc deposits in central Manitoba. It will consolidate Hudbay’s ownership in the Talbot copper-gold deposit and more than triple its prospective land package in the Snow Lake region.
