Hyzon Motors, Nikola receive Nasdaq delisting notices
Hydrogen truck manufacturer Hyzon Motors received a delisting notice from the Nasdaq, roughly six months after regaining compliance with the stock exchange.
This latest notice was issued by the Nasdaq on 23 January, after Hyzon’s shares traded below $1 for more than 30 consecutive business days. For a company to remain listed on the exchange, it must meet that $1 minimum bid price requirement.
