Kellas Midstream begins FEED on Teesside hydrogen project
Scotland-based independent energy infrastructure company Kellas Midstream announced Monday it has begun the front-end engineering design (FEED) work on its H2NorthEast hydrogen project in Teesside, UK.
Phase 1 of the project involves designing and building a 355-megawatt hydrogen production facility and hydrogen distribution system, with the potential to be scaled up to over 1 gigawatt in phase 2 by 2030.
