Metal Energy acquires very large Ontario lithium brine project
Metal Energy Corp has acquired the large SourceRock project, set to be Ontario’s first lithium brine project, Kallanish learns from the company.
The project would be exceptionally large, covering 913 square kilometres within an area that is 10-20 km wide by 95 km long near Thunder Bay in northwest Ontario. The project also covers the deepest parts of the basin with sedimentary thickness ranging from 500 metres to 1,000 m, the Ontario-based company claims.
