MinRes to raise $850m via senior unsecured notes
Australian miner Mineral Resources (MinRes) announced on Tuesday a proposal to raise up to $850 million for capital expenditures, Kallanish notes.
The plan is to offer up to an aggregate principal amount of $850 million of senior unsecured notes due in 2028. This is, however, subject to market and other conditions.
