NICKEL, COBALT: Jervois Global releases BFS on restarting Brazil refinery
Jervois Global Ltd says it has completed a bankable feasibility study for Stage 1 of reopening its Sao Miguel Paulista nickel-cobalt refinery in Brazil, Kallanish reports.
The Stage 1 net present value is $228 million and $141m at an 8% (real) discount rate on a pre-tax and post-tax basis, respectively. The internal rate of return will be 47% pre-tax and 35% post-tax. The capital costs for Stage 1 are $55m. The project payback would be 3.3 years. The project will …
