Plug Power, Acciona finalise formation of Spanish-based green hydrogen JV
US-based Plug Power and Spanish-based Acciona have finalised their 50-50 joint venture, creating AccionaPlug to develop, operate and maintain green hydrogen projects in Spain and Portugal, Kallanish reports.
