ProLogium inaugurates solid-state battery blueprint in Taiwan
Taiwanese manufacturer ProLogium Technology on Tuesday inaugurated what it calls the world’s first giga-scale solid-state lithium ceramic battery factory, Kallanish reports.
The 2-gigawatt-hour plant at the Taoyuan Science Park in Taipei is seen as a blueprint for ProLogium’s expansion in Europe, particularly for the planned 48 GWh project in Dunkirk, France. The Taoke factory should also boost the local economy, potentially creating 1,200 jobs.
