Rinehart snags 18% Azure stake, potentially derailing SQM takeover
Australian billionaire Gina Rinehart’s Hancock Prospecting said Friday it has acquired an 18% stake in junior miner Azure Minerals, in a move that could potentially block SQM’s acquisition bid for the Australian miner.
