Saudi EV brand Ceer starts EV complex construction
Ceer, the electric vehicle JV between Foxconn and Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), has awarded a SAR 5 billion ($1.3 billion) contract to Saudi firm Modern Building Leaders (MBL) for the construction of its manufacturing complex.
