Stellantis enters fuel cell JV with Faurecia, Michelin
Stellantis announced Tuesday it’s joining Faurecia and Michelin in their fuel cell joint venture Symbio with a 33.3% stake, Kallanish reports.
Under the proposed transaction, the three companies will own an equal share in the hydrogen mobility company. The undisclosed deal is expected to close next quarter, subject to regulatory approvals.
