Talga, Mitsui bury Vittangi joint venture talks
Joint venture talks between Australia-listed battery materials company Talga Group and Japanese investment firm Mitsui & Co have ended without a deal, Kallanish reports.
The companies had been in touch about a potential JV to develop Talga’s Vittangi anode project in northern Sweden since November 2020. Then, they signed a non-binding letter of intent targeting an agreement by 30 June, 2021.
