Tesla reveals global energy master plan, but no next-gen vehicle
Tesla’s Investor Day event on 1 March contained a lot of big picture info, but few short-term market specifics, Kallanish reports.
Frontman Elon Musk began the event with an outline of a $10 trillion global sustainable energy plan - the so-called Master Plan 3. This globe-spanning effort would leverage renewable energy and a massive amount of new battery capacity to essentially replace the combustion energy economy (see Kallanish passim).
