Troubled UK battery manufacturer in talks with potential buyer
UK troubled battery manufacturer AMTE Power has attracted a potential buyer, its chief financial officer Anita Breslin said in a security filing, Kallanish notes.
According to the statement, AMTE’s accelerated sales process “has elicited interest in the business and assets of the company,” though specific details were not provided.
