UK companies to test integrated sodium-ion BESS technology
UK companies AMTE Power, Brill Power and Starke Energy will integrate their technologies to test, at commercial-scale, new energy storage product innovations, Kallanish reports.
The test will begin in March and run for 12 months at the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus in Oxfordshire, England. The goal is to prove the three new technologies in a battery energy storage system (BESS) to be integrated with a solar array at the South Car Park at the campus.
