USGS to conduct aerial geophysical survey over 4 Midwest states
The US Geological Survey will be conducting low-level airborne geophysical surveys in four Midwest states starting in mid-May, Kallanish reports.
The surveys over northwest Iowa, northeast Nebraska, southwest Minnesota and southeast South Dakota will cover more than 105,000 square miles. They should be completed in four to six months, weather permitting.
