Wasitena unveils 50,000 t/y sodium-ion CAM project in Hunan
Chinese battery material and energy storage enterprise Zhejiang Wasitena Technology will establish a sodium-ion cathode materials project in China’s Hunan province, Kallanish reports.
The plant will be built in Wangcheng, Changsha City, and have a production capacity of 50,000 tonnes/year of cathode materials. The local government said in a statement the project has an investment tag of CNY 2 billion ($278 million). Once fully operational, it should achieve …
