Wyloo Metals takes control of nickel miner Mincor Resources
Wyloo Metals and billionaire owner Andrew Forrest have gained control of nickel-gold explorer Mincor Resources by securing a 51.24% interest, Kallanish reports.
On 21 April, Wyloo reported that it had taken control of 51.24% of Mincor ordinary fully paid ordinary common shares of stock, as of 20 April 2023. That aggregate interest is sufficient for Wyloo to take control of the other company’s board of directors.
