Zinc8 gets $10m in revenue bonds for NY battery plant
Zinc8 Energy Solutions is getting $10 million in non-taxable revenue bonds from New York’s Ulster County to build out and complete the company’s $68m battery manufacturing facility, Kallanish reports.
The bonds were issued by the Ulster County Industrial Development Agency. The money will be used to acquire machinery, equipment, fit-up and improvements to the facility, the British Columbia-based company says.
