Ahmsa begins major maintenance at Monclova mill
Mexican steelmaker Altos Hornos de México (Ahmsa) says it is starting an annual major maintenance programme at its Monclova mill, Kallanish learns from the company.
The work begins on 21 March and involves blast furnace number 5 and the continuous casters, coking plants and service areas.
