Ahmsa restarts production after settling electricity bill
Altos Hornos de México (Ahmsa) has resumed operations after paying its accumulated bills last Friday to Mexican state-owned electricity company Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), Kallanish learns from the steelmaker.
CFE paused power at all of Ahmsa’s production sites, including the company’s mining units and offices on 29 November.
