Aperam's alloy surcharges decrease

French stainless steel producer Aperam has decreased its alloy surcharges for September for its austenitic range of flat stainless steels for Europe, Kallanish notes. Aperam’s surcharges next month for grade 304 (1.4301) will decrease moderately from €2,553/tonne ($2,551) this month to €2,521/t, effective 1 September.
