ArcelorMittal, Bamesa agree low-emission steel supply deal
ArcelorMittal says it has agreed to partner with Spanish steel service centre Bamesa to improve and develop the supply of low-carbon-emission steel to the automotive sector in Spain and throughout Europe, Kallanish notes.
The companies have signed a memorandum of understanding that also covers their efforts on sustainability and reducing CO2 emissions attributed to purchased steel, ArcelorMittal explains.
