ArcelorMittal completes acquisition of voestalpine Texas HBI plant
ArcelorMittal has completed the acquisition of an 80% shareholding in voestalpine’s hot-briquetted iron plant in Texas, USA, following receipt of customary regulatory approvals, the firm said on Friday.
