ArcelorMittal seals CSP acquisition; renames unit, appoints ceo
ArcelorMittal has officially completed the acquisition of Brazil's Companhia Siderúrgica do Pecém (CSP). This is after having received all the usual regulatory approvals, the company says in a 9 March note seen by Kallanish.
