Argentem Creek takes control of Mexico’s Ahmsa
US-based Argentem Creek Partners (AC), an investor fund owned by Daniel Chapman, has become the new majority shareholder of Altos Hornos de México (Ahmsa).
During an ordinary meeting last Thursday, the representatives of 62.01% of the company’s share capital agreed to complete the process of entering new share capital in the terms established with AC, says Ahmsa in a stock exchange filing monitored by Kallanish.
