ASEAN billet market takes breather

The billet import market in Southeast Asia took a breather last week. Offers were suspended and ASEAN buyers were similarly absent and staying on the sidelines, Kallanish notes. Traders attributed the lack of buying interest to the rapid increase in billet prices just before the market closed for the Lunar New Year holiday.
