Chinese producers keep November flat steel offers unchanged
Following the holiday in the first week of October, China's major flat steel producers Baosteel, Wuhan Iron & Steel (Wugang) and Angang announced they will hold their offers for November. This is in part due to the pressure of a 5.6% week-on-week increase in the total hot-rolled coil inventory, Kallanish notes.
