Canada building permit values rebound in January
The value of January building permits in Canada rose to a three-month high, Kallanish learns from a Statistics Canada press release.
January building permit values rose by 4.8% on a year-on-year basis to CAD 10.78 billion ($7.99 billion).
The total value of non-residential sector permits increased by 3.4% year-on-year in January to CAD 4.2 billion. This segment represents 39% of total valuations.
