Canada publishes retroactive assessments for Turkish rebar imports
Canada's Border Services Agency (CBSA) has issued a determination finding that retroactive assessments of rebar imported from Turkey from July 2021 through August 2022 may be required for certain cases.
According to the agency's notice, some retroactive assessments of rebar entries from Turkey into Canada may be able to utilise normal rebar value determinations for their subject entries.
