Mexico’s February rebar, wire rod production fall
Mexican rebar and wire rod output decreased sequentially in February but were higher year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
According to local statistics institute Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía's (Inegi) preliminary report, Mexico produced 256,565 tonnes of rebar in February, down 11% from January’s 288,291t but 83,047t more on-year.
