Canada to review hot-rolled plate duties

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated an expiry review investigation. This is to determine whether the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate originating from Brazil, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and South Korea is likely to continue if duties are dropped, Kallanish reports.
