Canadian manufacturers urge labour agreement between union, railway
Teamsters union members at the Canadian Pacific Railway have voted to authorise a strike should they fail to reach a labour agreement with the rail company by 16 March.
Canadian manufacturers are urging CP Railway and union members of the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC) to come to an agreement and avoid further labour disruptions which could seriously injure manufacturing and the export market.
