Certain US steel mill exports climb in February
US steel mill exports of hot rolled sheet and blooms, billets and slabs swelled in February compared with January, Kallanish discovers from the federal Steel Mill Export Monitor.
Hot-rolled sheet exports totalled 92,999 short tons in February, versus 64,832st in January. US mills exported 18,508st of blooms, billets and slabs in February, up from 6,888st in January.
