China's Angang to upgrade converters
Anshan Iron & Steel Group (Angang), China’s second largest steelmaker, is set to upgrade six 100-tonne converters as the plan has not received any objections during the publicity period, according to the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Liaoning Province.
