China's Zenith acquires Singapore's NatSteel
Singapore’s sole steel mill, NatSteel, has finally found a new owner, Kallanish understands. India’s Tata Steel has sold its 100% ownership in NatSteel Holdings to TopTip Holding, a Singapore-based iron ore and steel trader. The $172 million divestment was completed on 30 September.
