Chinese rebar futures flatten as demand steady
Chinese steel futures showed diverging trends on Thursday, with rebar futures stable as demand slows while hot rolled coil increased. Steel futures are likely to be volatile on Friday with production restrictions (see seperate article) and the effect of it being the contract settlement day, Kallanish notes.
