Chinese rebar futures increase as Shagang maintains offer
Chinese steel futures were quite steady on Monday as trading levels fell ahead of the quiet New Year holiday period. Over the weekend Shagang announced its mid- and late-February construction steel offers with no changes from early February, Kallanish notes.
