Chinese steel futures rebound as production restrictions strengthen

Chinese steel futures fluctuated during the whole day on Wednesday, Kallanish notes. They were however stimulated somewhat by increased price offers from mills and stronger production restrictions even though smog is forecast to gradually clear after 21 December.
